Welfare and Performance report
This report allows you to see any welfare and performance reports that have been submitted.
Welfare and Performance Reports display all welfare and performance reports that have been assigned. You are able to filter to view only specific forms, in case you are reviewing all monthly check in reports. Alternatively you can filter to only see staff from specific venues, or search by name if you only want to see very specific staff members.
When viewing the report, you can see the staff member who submitted the form, the type of form it was, when the form was requested by a manager, the status: whether it is in progress or has been completed.
If completed, it will show the date the form was completed. If not completed, you will be able to see what phase the form currently is in.
If you choose to view the form you can review each staff member’s answers, even if the form is incomplete, you will be able to see the answers they have completed and it will mark as incomplete for any answers not yet submitted.
Personal Record report
In the Personal Record report, you are able to see all personal records that have been input into the system. You can filter this by venue, record type or search for a specific staff member. This is helpful for managers wanting to view only staff at the venue they manage. By filtering by a staff member you are able to get a picture of an individual staff member’s record. By filtering by record you can look through a specific type of record for data, such as reviewing the number of verbal warnings there are in the report.
From this page you can see the name of the staff member who the record is for, the type. The title, when it was created, whether it has a signature and whether it has an expiry. When you select the VIEW button. This will show the record itself and give you the option to assign it to a case.
Check-in report
The check-in report allows you to see all completed check-in reports within a set time range. It can be accessed via Reports > Welfare and Performance Reports > Check in Reports. Being able to filter by time range allows for you to check recent reports, such as looking back at reports covering the last week or the last month.
You are also able to filter by the type of check in report, which can be any of the check in forms you have created. To understand how to create a check-in report, visit our article here.
Check in Requests
It is important to note that this report does not include check-ins that have been assigned but not completed. To see all assigned check in forms go to Staff > Check-ins > Check in Requests and click view report. You can view by day so you will only be able to see one day at a time.
From this report you can see if any staff member has a report outstanding, whether their answer raised any alarms and also, under details, you are able to read all the answers a staff member has submitted. Remember, that only staff members with the Manage Check-in forms Permissions will be able to see staff answers.
