As long as the time entry is not in a wagesheet yet then you can change everything including the allocated skill and wage via Pay > Unprocessed Pay. From here you will need to set the time period you are looking into at filter bar at the top.
Then scroll down to the list of of entries with staff member's names and find the staff member you are wanting to make the adjustments for.
This list provides a summarised version of all unprocessed time entries for each staff member. Click on their name to open up a more detailed list of time entries which includes a breakdown of each day.
If it is a single date you want to change, scroll down and find the correct date and click the pencil icon to edit. From here you can change the pay element, time entry, or Skill.
Changing multiple staff members
If there was an issue with multiple staff members or multiple dates, you can also update several things at the same time. To do this, click on the staff members name in the list of unprocessed pay to expand time entries. Check the box and use the update options at the bottom to change both the skill and the wages.
If you need to change all entries click the tick box at the top of the time entries on the right hand side.
Created or Exported?
If the wage sheet has been created but not yet exported for payment, then the wage sheet can be undone and the issue corrected. If the wage sheet has already been exported then you will need to ensure that the destination payroll system is updated. You can contact the support team (support@staffsavvy.com) to have the issue retrospectively fixed to ensure the reports are correct.
