You can view National and Organisational holidays by going to the schedule creation calendar. To view a list of the registered National and organisational holidays in the system, go to System > Absence & Breaks > Organisation Holidays. Here, you can add new organisational holidays and view the National Holidays already implemented by the Staff Savvy system.
Go to Shifts > Schedule Creation > Manage Schedule to view these holidays. Here, you can view both National and Organisational holidays. They will come up at the top of the day they are scheduled for.
National & Organisational Holiday Settings
National and Organisational Holidays are company-wide holidays that might also include national holidays. In the following settings, you need to decide whether or not these are deducted from the allowance you have set up for your contract.
If you decide to remove any organisational holidays, there will be an automatic recalculation of holiday usage.
