How to Create an Agency Account Supplier Account
Step 1
To create an agency account supplier account, first go to System > Levels & Permissions > Access Levels.
Scroll down to where you see Supplier under Level then click edit (next to the pencil icon).
Step 2
Once you are on the Access Levels page first make sure you have selected the Supplier account type.
Step 3
Then create a new account and set it to this access level.
Once the account has been created, (in this example the name of account is 'Supplier one') You can assign multiple shifts to this account.
Step 4
Then go into the suppliers account and under shifts hover over 'Options' - it will give you the option to rename the shifts with the staff member chosen. This will then show up on the shift.
