This article we will go through, step by step, how to create a supplier account within StaffSavvy.
Step 1
Creating a Supplier Access Level
The first step is to create an access level for the Agency Account. To do this you can either, create a new access level and give it the relevant permissions needed for the agency account. This can be found under System > Levels & Permissions > Access Levels.
Alternatively, copy the Staff Access Level and remove certain permissions e.g. ability to see the
Staff Directory.
Step 2
Setting Permissions
If you are creating a new level or editing a copy, make sure that under Account Type you have selected Supplier Account. Once you have saved your new access level, you will be taken back to the Manage Access Levels page where you can then click the Set Permissions button on. Then, you can add or remove the relevant permissions.

Step 4
Assigning Shifts to staff
Once the account has been created, you can start to assigning shifts to this account. You can do this via Manage Shift Schedule or any of our other options for adding shifts.
Once there are some shifts in the system, go to their profile and Become the agency account, and go to My Shifts.
From there, if you select the OPTIONS button you will be able to assign a name to that shift. Rather than supplier, for that shift you can assign the staff member's name.
so that you can rename them with the staff member who will be working that shift. This will then show up on the shift details.
