Hello! Welcome to StaffSavvy.
This article will cover the basics of gaining access to your StaffSavvy account and introduce the system to new users.
Step 1
The first step in activating your account is authorising it via your email. Check which email address this has been sent to; it should be your work email address.
Each company has a unique login URL for their StaffSavvy system. This will be emailed to all staff when the system is set up or when a new employee joins the company.
An activation link from StaffSavvy will be emailed to your work email. Please confirm your account using this link. This will take you to a page to set up your account.
If you haven’t received this, contact your manager to see if they have added you to the system.
Step 2
Once you have logged in, search your emails for an email from StaffSavvy (make sure to check all folders if it has not come straight to your inbox). Open the email and click on the ‘Confirm Account’ button at the end of the email to open the login page (make sure to allow all our emails to open attachments).
If you still are not able to find your email contact your manager for the login link.
Step 3
One final step before accessing your account is to input your basic details, which include personal details, contact details, and addresses.
You will also be asked to confirm your email and set your password.
Step 4
Once your details have been saved, you will be taken to your StaffSavvy dashboard and ready to start.
