In this article we will go over how to email only select applicants about the application process.
This option allows you to email an applicant about specifics that you would not want to send to all applicants, for example if you were waiting for some missing information in their application.
First you need to view all applications. Use the checkboxes down the right side of the page to select the applicants you wish to email. Then click the Email Selected Applicants button in the Actions menu at the top.
You then need to write out your email subject and content before finally sending the email to selected applicants.
