The Shifts Worked report allows you to see an overview of how many shifts each staff member has worked. The Start and End dates allow you to set the period you want to review. The number of shifts worked sits directly beside the staff member’s name and includes only shifts that have already been worked.
In addition to setting a specific period to review you can also filter information by Venue. You can filter so that you only review staff from certain Venues, which can be helpful for Venue Managers only wanting to review staff working for them.
In addition to being able to see how many shifts each staff member has worked, you will also be able to see several other pieces of information about the shifts worked.
You will be able to see:
- How many shifts were Extra Shifts
- How many shifts were Shifts that were covering other staff members
- How many shifts they had that were covered by another staff member
- How many shifts were cancelled or were forced nights off
- How many shifts were voluntary nights off.
You can also see if there was an attendance flag added, so you can see how many shifts the staff member was late for, if the staff member had any authorised or unauthorised absences or escalated unauthorised absences.
Then under the calculator icon () you can see the Total amount of shifts actually worked.
The next two columns relate to hours worked, the first column () details the scheduled hours (based on actual shifts worked) and the second column (
), details hours that have been clocked in by the staff member.
The last two columns relate to upcoming shifts. The first of these columns shows all upcoming shifts for that staff member, and includes rota shifts, extra and covered shifts. The last column shows shifts in the future which have already been given to another staff member as cover for the staff member.
