Contract counter-sign report

This report shows all of the contracts that are awaiting countersignatures across the organisation. If there are any documents that require a counter signature they will come up here. Additionally, they will appear as a notification on a manager’s dashboard.

This page is used for gathering together all contracts that require a counter signature from a manager into one place. 

From this page managers should select View & Countersign. From here, managers can then review the contract document and then counter sign the document. 

This report provides an easy means for managers to see all contracts that require a counter signature in one place.
